1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are between you and SyncLuv LLC. By accessing or using Syncluv, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in accordance with the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access another user's account.
• Do not interfere with the service, servers, networks, or devices.
• Do not upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use AI features to create or request illegal, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content.

4. Connected Devices

Syncluv may support device connection, sync, and remote-control features. You are responsible for using supported devices safely, following manufacturer instructions, respecting all limits shown in the app, and obtaining clear consent where another person or device is involved.

Do not use Syncluv or connected devices in a way that may cause harm, violate another person's consent, or violate applicable law.

5. AI Features

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Syncluv for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.

You can report AI-generated content, device-control concerns, or other product issues through the app or by contacting us. We may review reports, restrict accounts, remove content, or disable features where needed to protect users and the service.

6. Purchases and Downloads

If the Android app offers paid features, tokens, or other in-app purchases, Android in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing where required by Google Play policy. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled according to Google Play refund policy and applicable law. Other app stores or payment providers may apply their own terms where relevant.

7. Intellectual Property

Syncluv, including the website, app interface, trademarks, design, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

10. Account Deletion

If you created a Syncluv account, you can request account and associated data deletion in the app or from our Account Deletion page. A static copy is also available from the account deletion request page.
