Syncluv Account Deletion
This page lets Syncluv users request deletion of their account and related personal data. You can also delete your account inside the Syncluv app from Profile > Account settings > Delete Account.
Submit an Account Deletion Request
Enter your Syncluv account ID and current password below. The request will be sent to Syncluv's account deletion endpoint.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Syncluv account profile and login access.
- Personal information linked to your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
- App data associated with your account, such as device connection records, invitations, AI chat account data, and feedback records where applicable.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention purposes. We may also keep aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you.
Processing Time
Requests are usually processed as soon as possible. If manual verification is needed, we aim to complete the request within 30 days after verifying the account owner.
Email Request Option
If you cannot submit the form, email custom@syncluv.net with your account ID or account email and state that you want to delete your Syncluv account.
